Terms of Service

Tavi provides prepaid mobile-data eSIM plans for supported devices and destinations. Coverage, speed, and network availability depend on local carrier conditions and are not guaranteed everywhere.

Install the eSIM using a stable internet connection before travel. Plans begin and expire according to the terms shown at checkout. Unused and uninstalled plans may be refunded within 14 days; activated plans are reviewed individually.

Do not use the service unlawfully or interfere with a carrier network. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Tavi is not liable for indirect losses caused by network outages, incompatible devices, or incorrect device configuration. Contact support@taviesim.com for help or refund requests.
