Privacy Policy

Tavi collects the account email, order details, device diagnostics you choose to run, and eSIM activation status needed to deliver service. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Tavi.

We use this information to fulfill purchases, provide support, prevent fraud, and send service notifications. We do not sell personal information. Data is retained only as long as needed for service, accounting, security, and legal obligations.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing privacy@taviesim.com. Some transaction records may be retained where required by law.
